As an ISSA-certified health coach and fitness professional, I can help you set realistic, achievable goals that will transform your health, improve your everyday life and ultimately, increase your longevity. Through functional fitness and light to moderate strength training you can look and feel your best. And I can advise you on how to have fun and enjoy the journey.
I design personalized programs that integrate smart physical training with nutrition and recovery strategies for lasting results. I offer private in-studio sessions at multiple locations throughout The City, and additionally, I’m happy to work with you at your building’s gym or home anywhere in Manhattan. Also, I love training outdoors and am in Central Park almost daily so that's an option as well!
